February '14 Prayer Letter!

“But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to      testify the gospel of the grace of God.” Acts 20:24
The words that the Apostle Paul wrote here in the book of Acts have challenged us greatly! The key to Paul’s effectiveness for the Lord was a complete denial of self, and that is the same key that will make the difference in anything we do for the Lord!
January:
January has been busy as we have been in meetings in Alabama, Indiana, and Ohio. The Lord definitely protected us as we went through snow and Ice while we were in Indiana! At one point we lost control of our car and slid into the other lane and toward oncoming traffic! (You can definitely tell that I’m not used to driving in ice:) Thankfully the Lord straightened our car up and we were able to get onto our side of the road! Times like this give us a new appreciation of the many people that are consistently praying for us! Thank you!!!!
February:
The first of February we will be in Indiana, and then we will head back to Florida for my    ordination service! Then we will be going to Alabama, Illinois, and Michigan.
Rebecca and Paul:
Rebecca has recovered fairly well from the delivery of Paul, but has had a little trouble with an infection that has hung on persistently. Paul is doing very well and growing! He is already a month old and is very energetic!
Prayer Requests:
· Safety on the roads, especially as we head up to Illinois and Michigan.
· Healing concerning the infection Rebecca has been struggling with.
· God would continue to raise up our support.
· Power of God in preaching and teaching during meetings.
Thank you so much for your faithful prayers and support and May God richly bless each one of you,
Tim, Rebecca, and Paul Lewis
